Strands SDK offers out-of-the-box agent observability capabilities through tracing using the OpenTelemetry standard with just a couple of lines of code. You can stream this data to any OpenTelemetry-supported observability tools, such as a Grafana OpenTelemetry endpoint, to track your entire agent lifecycle — including LLM invocations, tool executions, and performance metrics.
